This notice describes information submitted through this website’s public inquiry, City location brief, U.S. Entry Decision Canvas and operating brief forms, plus authenticated private operating areas.
Information you choose to submit
Public forms ask for contact and organization details relevant to the requested path. Depending on the form, this can include name, work email, organization or entity, country or market, inquiry category, decision focus, summary, sector, customer context, local-base context, specialist-question context and timeline.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to record the request, route it to an accountable Startup Runway owner, review the next appropriate response and administer the requested public resource or private operating interaction. The stated two-business-day target is an initial next-step decision, not an acceptance, engagement, placement or deal commitment.
Cookies and website measurement
The public site may use essential browser storage and an Umami measurement script to understand coarse, allowlisted interaction events such as a brief start, section-depth milestone, source opening, public-asset completion or private-handoff opening. Search parameters, URL fragments, contact details, organization names, form answers, free text and direct identifiers are excluded. Public measurement does not load on protected operating routes and stops when the browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Optional browser save
The U.S. Entry Decision Canvas can save only selected planning answers in this browser when you choose Save progress. That local record expires after up to 30 days and can be cleared from the Canvas. Contact details are not included in the browser save; they are transferred only when you choose the consented private review submission.
Access and sharing boundary
Public submissions enter private records and are not displayed in public case studies, dashboards, corridor pages or source registers. Access to private operating records is role-restricted. This site does not represent that a visitor’s submission creates a client, partner, legal, tax, investment or other professional-services relationship.
Retention
Browser-local Canvas selections expire after up to 30 days. Private inquiry and operating-brief records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the requested record, meet applicable obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the platform. Records are then deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or limit use of personal information submitted through this website, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. You may also object to certain processing and ask about available portability rights. To make a request, email info@startuprunway.global from the address used for the submission so the request can be matched safely.
International handling
Startup Runway operates across international market contexts. Information may be processed where Startup Runway and its service providers operate, using appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
